Sorting rules
New mail is tagged by the first rule it matches, lowest number first. A rule can set the project, the type, or both. Mail that matches no rule keeps its mailbox's project and the type "Other".
Activity
Every draft, approval, send, post and setting change, with who and when. This record cannot be edited.
Projects
Each brand or line of work. Mail, rules and posts are sorted into projects. Links are the landing pages offered when you write a post.
Mailboxes
Each mailbox connects with its Purelymail password. The password goes straight into an encrypted vault: nobody, including this dashboard, can read it back. If Purelymail two-factor sign-in is on, use an app password from Purelymail instead.
Social accounts
Posts go out through Zernio. Connect your pages inside Zernio, then paste the Zernio API key here once. The key is kept in the encrypted vault.
Claude connector
Lets Claude read, sort and draft emails and posts. It has no send or publish button: only a person can approve.
